Special effect colors, Ombre, balayage, and color corrections are set up by consultation only. If you book for one of these services online we can not guarantee proper timing and therefore you will forfeit your appointment.

As of April, 2019, we are updating our cancellation policy. We are now requiring a 24-hour notification for any change or cancellation of your appointment.
When cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment fee. No Call / No Shows can be charged 100% of services. If you are sick, we understand! We would love to reschedule you without a charge, we just ask that you please give us a call so our stylists can accommodate clients on waitlists and walk-in requests.
Moving forward, we will be securely keeping all credit cards on file to help us with faster checkout and our new cancellation policy.
