Based on the health and safety recommendations of both local governances and the Kansas Board of Cosmetology we are implementing new measures that will ensure a smooth reopening experience. Our goal is to get you in and out the door safely for your favorite (and long overdue!) services, while ensuring that our staff is kept safe, healthy and able to continue working.

Due to the nature of a salon, with stylists being in such close proximity to clients, some measures may seem stricter than those recommended to the general public. We will be following the guidelines set forth by the Kansas Department of Cosmetology.

What We're Doing

All stylists will be wearing masks, and all stations, sinks, processing areas and the front desk will be sanitized between each client.

All work stations and processing areas have been spaced at a minimum of 6 feet apart.

No food or drink will be served in the salon. Outside drinks are allowed if they are in a closed container, like a water bottle with a lid.

Waxing services will remain unavailable.

Online booking has been temporarily closed. All appointments must be made over the phone so that we can plan for appropriate capacity.


There will be no appointment cancellation fees. But please help us maintain our schedules and allow your stylist enough time to fill your appointment slot or leave the salon to reduce capacity.

What We're Asking You To Do

All clients will be required to sign this waiver prior to their appointmentThis will assure us that clients have not been experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms and affirm that the client has been informed of all new procedures. Feel free to print, sign and bring it with you, or we will have printed copies available. 

All stylists and clients will be required to wear a face covering while inside the salon. Preferably the kind that hook behind your ears! Check out some of our favorite local makers and retailers offering masks. If you forget your mask, we have a limited supply of extras that we can offer until we run out. 

Clients only inside the salon - No additional guests. We are asking that children over the age of 8 be admitted to the salon while the parent waits at a safe distance in the salon or just outside. For the time being, no children under the age of 8 will be admitted. 

PLEASE BE ON TIME! (This is always a rule, but its especially important now!)

What To Expect the Day of Your Appointment

Keep an eye on your phone! We will be diligent about notifying you if your appointment start time is delayed and will call or text you in advance. 

When you arrive, please call 913-748-1018 and a staff member will come outside to greet you and collect your waiver.

Please only bring in what you need! 
No large bags or packages.

Don't forget to bring your mask! Gloves are also encouraged. 

Please come with clean hair so your stylist can get right to work. If you use a color correcting product to cover grays, wash it out beforehand.

If you must cancel, please give us a call. We understand, life happens. Even if it's 10 minutes before your appointment, giving your stylist a heads up will keep us from worrying about you and allow your stylist to adjust her schedule or leave the salon. 

If possible, please consider saving your gift card for a later appointment. While the influx of recent gift card purchases was invaluable, our stylists will be working hard to restore balance after months without their usual income.
